Fully accredited instructors for the Irish Heart Foundation providing the following courses:

A) FAMILY AND FRIENDS C.P.R.
Two – three hour course which covers the full sequence of CPR for both Adults and Children and also Adult and Child Choking. This is run using hands on practice on mannequins.
We also include first aid to cover the following topics: Asthma attack, nose bleed, loss of permanent tooth(dental emergency) ,bites and stings, strains, sprains and fractures and treating cuts etc. All the first aid section can be tailored to suit the individual groups need.
Cost : 40 per person

B) HEARTSAVER / CPR
Minimum four hour course similar to above but introducing more airway training and demonstrating the use of A.E.Ds Covers Adult and Child Choking and the first aid section is tailored to suit individual needs
Cost: 50 per person

C) HEARTSAVER / AED.
Full CPR and training in using an AED. Participants practice on mannequins and also use trainer AEDs . Also covers adult and child choking . This course is minimum of four hours – First aid as above.
Cost : 60 per person

ALL COURSES ARE RUN AS PER THE IRISH HEART FOUNDATION GUIDELINES AND PARTICIPANTS ARE ISSUED WITH CERTIFICATE CARDS/ REGISTERED WITH THE IRISH HEART FOUNDATION UPON COMPLETION
